I know, some of you haven't even picked your Super Bowl Recipes however, and I'm previously skipping ahead to Valentine's Day. But following Friday I'm organizing to share concepts for a low-carb Valentine's Day dinner menu, so this week I believed I'd get the dessert element of the menu out of the way.
And for dessert I am turning it over to my minimal-carb blogger friends, for obvious reasons! If you've been reading through here for long (or looked at the Reduced-Sugar Desserts and Baked Products archives page) it's probably obvious that making fancy chocolate desserts is not truly my point.
Yes, I do have some excellent recipes for cookies and even a handful of cakes and cheesecakes, but not truly something you'd make as a specific deal with for Valentine's Day. And I am nicely conscious that for some folks chocolate is a Should for Valentine's Day.
The good news is, I do have lower-carb blogging close friends who are absolute masters at generating low-carb desserts, so for this week's Low-Carb Recipe Enjoy on Friday I asked every single of them to level me to their Ideal reduced-carb dessert with chocolate, and I'm rounding them all up for you in this publish.
